01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F.
02 - Place the Brie wheel with rind on a parchment-lined baking sheet or in a small ovenproof dish.
03 - Spread the cranberry jam evenly over the top of the Brie.
04 - Sprinkle with chopped nuts and rosemary if using.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is soft and gooey but not fully melted.
06 - Drizzle with honey if desired and serve immediately with crackers, baguette slices, or apple slices.
