01 - In a medium bowl or mason jar, combine rolled oats, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
02 - Gently fold the mixed berries into the oat mixture, reserving a small portion for garnish if desired.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk almond butter with 2 tablespoons almond milk until smooth and pourable. Add additional milk by teaspoon if needed to achieve desired consistency.
04 - Distribute half the oat mixture evenly between two jars or bowls. Drizzle with prepared almond butter, then top with remaining oat mixture.
05 - Cover containers and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or preferably overnight to allow oats and chia seeds to fully absorb liquid and soften.
06 - In the morning, stir to combine or maintain layered presentation. Top with reserved berries, sliced almonds, and additional almond butter or sweetener if desired. Serve chilled.
