01 - 1 pre-made or homemade pizza dough, 12-inch round
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

03 - 1 cup cooked chicken breast, sliced or shredded
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
05 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1/4 teaspoon cracked black pepper

→ Salad Topping

07 - 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
08 - 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
09 - 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
10 - 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
11 - 1/2 cup croutons

# How to Make:

01 - Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pizza stone in oven if using.
02 - On lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into 12-inch round. Transfer to parchment-lined baking sheet or preheated pizza stone.
03 - Brush dough with olive oil. Spread mozzarella evenly, add chicken, grated Parmesan, and black pepper.
04 - Bake 12-15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is bubbling. Remove and cool slightly.
05 - While pizza bakes, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
06 - Top cooled pizza with dressed romaine, shaved Parmesan, cherry tomatoes, and croutons. Slice and serve immediately.
