03 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.
04 - In a bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce and cherry tomatoes with half of the Caesar dressing.
05 - Place each tortilla flat. Layer lettuce mixture, sliced chicken, remaining Caesar dressing, shaved Parmesan, and croutons if using.
06 - Fold sides of each tortilla inward, then roll tightly to form a wrap.
07 - Slice wraps in half and serve immediately.
