# How to Make:

03 - Add black tea bags and steep for 3–5 minutes depending on desired strength.
04 - Remove tea bags, stir in orange juice and honey or maple syrup. Simmer for 2 additional minutes.
05 - Strain tea into a teapot or heatproof pitcher, discarding solids. Serve hot garnished with extra orange slices or cranberries if desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It transforms basic ingredients into something that feels fancy enough for holiday guests but comes together in under 20 minutes
  • The balance of tart cranberry and sweet orange creates this sophisticated flavor profile that somehow still tastes like comfort
02 -
  • I once forgot to strain it and spent the whole fishing whole cloves out of my mug, which completely ruins that peaceful tea drinking experience
  • The cranberries need time to break down completely, rushing this step means missing out on that gorgeous color and deep tart flavor
03 -
  • Lightly crush your cinnamon sticks with a mortar and pestle before adding them to release more of their essential oils
  • Always add honey after removing the pot from heat to preserve its delicate floral notes and beneficial enzymes
