# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • They come together in under 40 minutes with ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen
  • The crispy exterior gives way to that perfect melted cheese pull everyone fights over
  • You can customize each burrito so picky eaters and adventurous palates all get exactly what they want
02 -
  • Do not overfill the burritos or they will burst open while baking and you will lose all that cheese into your oven or air fryer
  • The olive oil on the outside is what makes them actually crispy instead of just warm and soft
  • Let them rest for a couple of minutes before biting into them or you will burn your mouth on molten cheese
03 -
  • Warm your tortillas in the microwave for 15 seconds before filling them so they do not tear or crack when you roll
  • If the seams pop open while baking, press them back together with a spatula and they will reseal as the cheese melts
