03 - Spread the radishes in a single layer on the prepared baking tray, cut side down for best caramelization.
04 - Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway, until the radishes are tender and lightly golden on the edges.
05 - Remove from the oven, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with extra fresh thyme if desired. Serve warm.
